  I know that, but what type of information are you looking for? It really doesn't mean much except that the placenta will be on that side. If you believe ramzis theory, it means that the baby is likely a girl. (For the record, I'm not putting any merit in that.. Just offering info)

  Wait, how do people know what side implantation occurs? Is this something most people know?

  Both ultrasound techs I've had have told me. It's also on my medical records for this pregnancy.

  they're just giving you extra info,  it just means that the left side of your uterus is where the placenta is  it's nothing important.

  Only way it should really affect you is that you may feel more movement/kicks on the right side than where the placenta is on the left. But that's less important than front/back so not a big deal just giving you lots of info.
