Abdomen pain

I'm exactly 3weeks PP, and things have seen fine with my healing process. Little discomforts here and there but that's expected. Until tonight. I woke up in the middle of the night to feed baby, was hunched over BFing him, then had to put him down to use the bathroom. When I got off the bed and straitened out my abdomen was really hurting...to the point where I couldn't even really stand strait up. Anyone else having these aches and pains? I hate it, every little things worries me. Just ready to get back to normal.
