@mntngirl the neat thing is how the seeds can help boost hormones at different phases in your cycle.
So where you would ingest two types of seeds (raw & ground), for the first half of your cycle, you would avoid them in the next half; and then switch to use two other types.
1 tbsp. Flax and 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds support estrogen (starting from menses to ovulation)
1 tbsp. Sesame and 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds support progesterone peaks (ovulation to menses)
*it is also recommended to take 1500mg of high quality fish oil.
The men's cycling is according to the moon cycles (I know, it gets a little esoteric up in here, but I'm all about it)
