I still have 43, long, hot days left! I'm ready to not have a stock pile of tums, and preparation h! And sleep on my stomach!! And have normal sex! Oh man
How many days do you have left? What are you looking forward to??
I'm looking forward to sleeping on my back, being able to wear my regular clothes, not having so many food cravings, being able to breathe, having an alcoholic beverage and being able to get off of modified bed rest lol. I have 30 some more days left but the doctor thinks she will be here in the next 2 weeks or so.
I have 24 days according to my EDD. I honestly just can't wait for DF and I to see our son and be able to hold him in our arms. This is our first and we're soooo excited :x .
Looking forward to that high you get when your sniff their head while they're sleeping on your chest. Oh man, nothing like it! (It sounds weirder when I write than it really is, I swear!)
20-35 days and my number one thing will be to sleep on my belly and do a full body stretch! All in all I just can't wait for my body to just be MINE again
Oh my @rebeccabloomwood I was just thinking about that the other day!! I was daydreaming about that baby smell. I'm so glad I can admit that to someone haha
I have 39 days to my EDD but don't think I'll make it that long or pray I dont. DS was 9 days early at almost 9 lbs. I don't want a bigger baby haha plus I'm already waddling so bad I can't walk like this for much longer!
44 days. I thought laying on my stomach and back and eating whatever without worrying would be what I was most ready for but I'm most ready for having him here so I can stop spending everyday paranoid something is wrong with him because I can't see him. I'm worrying about the cord and strep b test and kick counts and rolling on my stomach while sleeping. I can't wait to just look over and pick him up and see he's okay
41 days! I just want to be able to sleep and be comfortable. Of course having a healthy little one is on the top of my list. This Texas heat sure is killer though! Thank God for air conditioning and fans!
I'm so ready to wear non maternity clothes, have an alcoholic beverage, be able to sit up from laying without it being a production, not carry Malox around with me, and lean over to pick up my 3 yo again! And of course to hold this sweet baby! Still have 40 days till hopefully my induction.
22 days and I am not ready mentally for this little guy so he can stay in a bit longer! I feel so guilty that I'm not more excited for him to be born but with my husband deploying and having a newborn and toddler on my own is a very scary thought.
26 days until due date but 29 days until my lease ends and we need to find and move into a new house so he better start put until 40 weeks! I'm probably the only one wishing for baby to not come early! But when he does I can't wait to have a cold beer or icy cocktail!
35 days left for me! (Or less hopefully, but DS was a week late...)
I'm looking forward to having my body back! Especially so I can chase after and play with DS (21mo currently). I hate that I can't do everything I want to do bc my body is holding me back.
I also can't wait to be back in my old wardrobe (adjusted for nursing, I always miss wearing normal dresses while nursing).
Should also mention I can't wait to take a zillion pics of my boys together!
16 days, I look forward to not having to give myself 5 injections a day, my blood pressure returning to normal, my back pain going away and being able to sleep without getting up every hour. Mostly though I look forward to seeing my son and cuddles!
My due date is September 7th. But my doctor is inducing me at 39 weeks exactly (August 31st). So I have 16 days to go maybe sooner if he decides he wants to come earlier. I'm excited to have my body to myself again, for his big sister to meet him, and to actually consume alcoholic beverages. Lol
@nikolenickels13 we have the same due date but they are talking inducing me on Aug 26 so we will see. But an alcoholic beverage and less hip/back pain is what I want most. Oh and to hold my little girl
I can't wait to sleep on my back, eat sushi, have some great cocktails...I'm also looking forward to getting back to my regular yoga routine. I still practice, but in a more relaxed way because the transitions were getting difficult.
I also miss my clothes! A little part of my cries inside every day when I walk into my closet to get dressed. I got pregnant about two weeks after my wedding and I have all this beautiful lingerie that I purchased for a boudoir shoot (hubby's wedding gift) and that my friends gifted me and I've only been able to wear each piece once. It taunts me every freaking morning.
26 days! I'm looking forward to going shopping for new clothes, not peeing every twenty minutes, and surprisingly being able to physically work like I used to.

I feel your pain! Baby is the 9/5 and the house we found wasnt going to be ready for us till 9/1 and I was just freaking out about it. Even now, with the house (miraculously!) ready for us to start moving in now I'm still in overdrive anxious mode and baby needs to stay put until the due date!
Best of luck! I hope your baby stays put for you!!
While I'm in the boat of needing baby to stay put for as long as possible, I'm definitely daydreaming about seeing the fruits of all this uncomfortable work, and I just really want to know what this baby raising business is like!! And I want a hard ginger apple cider. And sushi. And so be able to sleep on my stomach (although I feel like the sleep is a bit further off than the 19 days till my due date ;-) )
I am so ready! Supposedly 37 weeks... however for the past couple months based on his "size" and my measuring two weeks ahead I have a strong feeling he will be here before my estimated due date of 9/5...I just feel like I am further along than they thought (my menstrual cycle was never on point). I will get checked on Wednesday along with an NST and I am hoping at the appointment they tell me to go to L&D and get this show on the road! I haven't met him yet but I miss him already and cannot wait to hold him and begin our lives together
44 days left...hoping it's not really that many! I'm looking forward to sleeping on my stomach, not having pain after standing for 10 minutes and being able to get out of the house and off modified bed rest : )
32 days left and I can't wait to meet him, start running again and drink wine. I will allow myself sips of things here and there- but I am holding out for the perfect glass of malbec.

I want to be able to breath again, wear some of my favorite clothes, have a yummy cocktail and be done with insulin and finger pricks.
Best of luck! I hope your baby stays put for you!!

I can't wait to not have to prick myself 4 times a day from GD, I'm dying to wear jeans again and would love a margarita!
I can't wait to meet him!
