We live in the Copley area and go to Wadsworth Pediatrics. It's about a 15 minute drive but we love the practice so its worth it to us to go a little further.
@beap I take my toddler to CMG and we see Dr. Hackenburg. Best decision ever. We are very happy with him. i think there's limited hours at the new Hudson office. I've only been there once, a few months ago for an ear infection, but Dr. Hackenburg happened to be splitting his time between the two offices that day. It's about an equal distance for me for each office, we live in Cuyahoga Falls.
@beap When we called to make an appointment to meet with Dr. Vargo at Children's Medical Group, they told us that they are moving the Akron office to Fairlawn in August. Just an FYI since I think you said you preferred the Fairlawn area.
I take my son to see dr. Handwork at Akron Children's Hospital Pediatrics and we love him. I can't speak for the other doctors in that practice but I highly reccomend him.
@ atremag or anyone that knows.... did Children's Medical Group move to Fairlawn or not? Their website still has the Akron address, so I'm guessing not.
Akron Children's ACHP is great! The nice thing is you are linked to the hospital so should you have any issues or need to see a specialist they have access to your primary care records.
