Local mom groups?

So I know I can find my state on the community board and search that way for local people but it seems like nor may people visit that group. I wS hoping there were mommies on here that were interested in play dates and such? Northern va mommies?!

Try checking out meetup.com or sometimes the craigslist groups section will have mommy groups. At my pediatrician' office, there are flyers for a local group, too.
