im A month pp and still have discomfort down there. Almost feels achy and like a bruise. Anyone else still in pain. I almost am scared like something is wrong, no bleeding or fever, just aching. Anyone else still in pain from vaginal delivery?
I had a vaginal delivery and felt 0 pain after. I never took Tylenol or pain reliever or ice. I would definitely call to be sure that it's normal. That's what the doctors are there for, right? feel better momma
I'm 5 weeks out and from time to time I still feel slightly swollen. It's not constant and it's not painful. You might call just to check though.

I'm 3 weeks pp and it still hurts. I had a 3rd degree tear tho so I'm guessing that's why it still hurts. Not enough pain to need to take anything, but enough that it's annoying.
I am 4 weeks pp with a third degree tear and a bruised tailbone. My vagina seems fine, the tail end of my stitching, pun intended, is still a little itchy and annoying and my tailbone hurts pretty bad when I sit for too long.
I am still taking OTC meds for pain every once in awhile. Depending on what your situation is it could be completely normal to have discomfort or pain, that's why they wait 6 weeks to have an appointment. Although if you really feel off, no harm in calling the doctor, that's what they are there for!
I had a vaginal delivery with a second degree episiotomy and I felt perfect after 1 week. With my first baby I had the exact same situation but the aches and pains lasted for 7 weeks. It's normal. Fingers crossed it doesnt last too much longer for you!
I'm 5 weeks pp, with an episiotomy and still feel discomfort esp if I am walking to fast, etc. the bleeding seems to have stopped as of yesterday... I feel like recovery has been pretty brutal. I did have a 10lb 6ounce baby though...
I'm 4 weeks pp and was hurting so I took a mirror to see if there was anything red and I wound up having a cyst of some sort! I put heat on it and it drained in like a day...feeling MUCH more comfortable now.
I'm 2.5 weeks and still sore. First week was brutal. Last week not as bad and this week it's more on/off pain in that area, especially when I walk a lot. All of that is now being overtaken by sever lower back pain on my right side... Does anyone have that too? I am walking with a hobble and think I need to see someone about it.
Also, I've looked in a mirror from day 1... I like to know what's going on, and after trips to the bathroom will look to check haha! Get a mirror and go crazy! Also helps as you can monitor recovery / see any redness.
Vaginally delivery with second degree tear. I was really sore for almost 3 weeks. It hurt to stand or walk for long periods. 5 weeks pp now and I'm still sore where my stitches are.
