Thursday Ticker Change

I haven't seen too many Thursday updates lately so thought I'd start one!

1) weeks/fruit

    1) weeks/fruit - week 14, lemon!

    2) symptoms/rants/raves/complaints - not too much going on here for me, this pregnancy is turning out exactly like my son's ie: pretty boring, MS in 1st tri. but smooth sailing for the remainder of pregnancy. I am guessing we are having another boy!

    3) appointments - yesterday I had an appt. HB was 152 :) go back in 3 weeks since my appts. are off now due to rescheduling last week.

    4) GTKY - what were your wedding colors or if not married, what is your dream wedding color(s)? Our colors were: ivory, plum and gray with splashes of champagne. 

    5) more GTKY- did you have a wedding theme at all? Again if not married, what is your dream wedding? Our theme was vintage/lace - we had lots of chalkboards, vintage candy buttons on our cupcakes, lots of lace of course. It was a beautiful day and hopefully we will do a FF post someday and people could share pictures from their wedding, if comfortable :)

    15 weeks/navel orange!

    2) symptoms/rants/raves/complaints
    Symptoms - till tired, having a plethora of weird dreams, but other than that not too bad!
    Rant - Why don't the dishes do themselves and the laundry fold itself and dinner cook itself and groceries buy themselves????????
    Rave - Still stoked that I'm friends with food again! Also I'm pretty excited to actually be showing a little and not just chocking it up to all bloat!
    Complaint - I feel like I have no time to do anything at home, but really that's because when I get home from work until I wake up and go to work all I want to do is sleep . . . so not much gets done . . .

    3) appointments
    Next one is Thursday 8/27, 17 weeks! Probably going to hear the heartbeat again but nothing else in particular. The big one is Thursday 9/17, 20 weeks! We're team find out so we're really excited for that one!

    4) GTKY - what were your wedding colors or if not married, what is your dream wedding color(s)?
    I guess peachy pink and white . . . we had a super small wedding (very last minute) but those were the colors of the flowers so I guess that was our colors?

    5) more GTKY- did you have a wedding theme at all? Again if not married, what is your dream wedding?
    No real theme, but if I did one it would probably have been either French/Parisian themed, nautical/beach themed, or something sort of soft country/rustic themed . . . alas there was no such thing lol

    Symptoms - None lately, except that I am now hungry all the time.
    Rant - I'm retaining fluid in my left foot, so I am on a strict no/very little salt diet
    Rave - I made it to the grocery store yesterday, and picked up a lot of items we regularly eat that were on sale!
    Complaint - School starts in 2 weeks :(

    August 25th!

    4) GTKY - what were your wedding colors or if not married, what is your dream wedding color(s)?
    Maroon, cream, and black (explained below)

    5) more GTKY- did you have a wedding theme at all? Again if not married, what is your dream wedding?
    Our theme was Texas A&M because both H and I attended/are still attending school there. All I did to incorporate the theme was through the colors and grooms cake.

    1) weeks/fruit: 15 weeks! Navel orange :)

    2) symptoms/rants/raves/complaints: still having morning sickness if I forget my medicine, super tired still, back pain!

    3) appointments: had one yesterday, heard the heartbeat on the Doppler, 159 bpm. Scheduled out anatomy ultrasound for sept 9!! So excited to find out what we are having!

    4) GTKY - what were your wedding colors or if not married, what is your dream wedding color(s)? My wedding colors were yellow and grey!

    5) more GTKY- did you have a wedding theme at all? Again if not married, what is your dream wedding? I didn't really have a theme. It was just simple and we did some diy things.

    Weeks/fruit: 12/plum!

    Symptoms: headaches alllllll the time, it's been awful. Super tired still, and still don't have much of an appetite.

    Appointments: have a regular visit on Monday, so excited to hear the HB again!!

    GTKY: My husband and I had a wedding planned with our colors as coral and mint green, but we ended up just deciding to do a quick little family ceremony and not the typical wedding thing.

    1) weeks/fruit - 13 weeks/Peach

    2) symptoms/rants/raves/complaints - Still very tired, headaches, and breaking out, feeling not cute overall.

    3) appointments - Yes!! NT scan is MONDAY!

    4) GTKY - what were your wedding colors or if not married, what is your dream wedding color(s)? - Purple (dark and light) and Green, like a moss green

    5) more GTKY- did you have a wedding theme at all? Again if not married, what is your dream wedding? - It was pre-Pinterest sadly, but I did some DIY, it was vintage, and woodsy

    3) appointments: Aug 18th NT scan!

    4) GTKY - what were your wedding colors or if not married, what is your dream wedding color(s)? Ivory, Chocolate brown  

    5) more GTKY- did you have a wedding theme at all? Again if not married, what is your dream wedding? Vintage/Woodland Theme, everything DIY, Candy Buffet, Vintage birdcages as centerpieces! So much fun!

    1. Weeks/fruit: 15 weeks... naval orange!

    2. Symptoms/rants/raves/etc: morning sickness is gone... woo! Had one episode of migraine this week... terrible could not even get out of bed all day. Still plenty tired and have insomnia BUT felt the first flutters of my little one this morning and oh my goodness it was amazing!! Starting to really have a noticeable bump and not just look like I've gained a few pounds so that is nice.. but also with that has come some back pain. All worth it though!

    3.Appts: We have an elective 3D ultrasound scheduled for next sat aug 22nd!!! Then that will be followed by our reveal party... finally we will know he/she and no more calling baby "it"!! Next dr appt is aug 27th... then anatomy scan at dr should be Sept 17th :)

    4. Our wedding colors ended up being a pale pink and pale green... however I hated every pink bridesmaids dress I found and didn't want them in green so I put them in champagne colored dresses and used flowers to add in our colors. Worked out really well, although I'm a hit biased :)

    5. Wedding theme: no real theme... it was before pinterest.. we just celebrated 5 years last week! But just stuck with an overall feel of light and soft... and everything just flowed. It was a perfect day!!

    2. Not a ton to complain about right now- I'm happy my fatigue is getting better.

    3. Next appt. is in a couple of weeks

    4. Wedding colors were turquoise and lime green- I love color!

    5. Didn't really have a wedding theme- just bright and cheery

    14 weeks! Lemon!

    I'm still fatigued, but not as much. Aches and pains. Trouble sleeping.

    Next appt in two weeks.

    My wedding was white with gray accents. I should have had some colors. There were some pink flowers in the bouquets...

    No theme. Just love.
