Long of the Short:
TTC since April 2013 DH 42 y/o I'm 30 Dh had vasectomy reversal Feb 2013 after 3 months developed scar tissue
First Re appt was September 2013 OOP for everything minus meds
DH's TESE surgery December 2013
First cycle was February 2014 BFN none to freeze
Second cycle was April 2014 BFP ending in Chemical Pregnancy none to freeze
Third cycle June 2014 BFN none to freez
Fourth cycle October 30th 28 retrieved, 13 mature and 12 fertilized
PICSI, assisted hatching and fresh sperm from my DH's TESE surgery used
5 FROZEN from a freeze all cycle!
FET completed on DECEMBER 9TH!!!

First Scan January 5th! Everything looks great! Heart rate of 121!

1) How far along? 40 weeks tomorrow..... still pregnant. boo.
2) Any appointments this week? Thursday if I don't have the baby before then. Sadly, I think I will make it to that appointment. My doctor said we will schedule my induction and do an ultrasound at that time.
3) How are you feeling? Anxious. I'm so anxious! I'm worried my cervix won't perform and I will need an induction and eventual c section. I had a LEEP procedure shortly before getting pregnant and my doctor is worried that the scar tissue isn't allowing my cervix to dilate. I'm just nervous....
QOTW: I hadn't even thought about the sleeping thing... I'm excited to sleep on my back and I am really excited to lose weight. I've been a little nuts since getting pregnant. I told my husband that I'm convinced women are constantly checking him out! He loves it!!
10/11: after 2 years, saw a RE, FSH 5.4
11/11: BFP! (surprise after thyroid & normal hsg),
12/11: missed m/c after 7 week u/s, 1/12: D&C
6/12 IUI#1-IUI #3: clomid = BFP!, C/P
IVF #1(10/12) FSH 5.4, AFC: 16 long Lupron, 5R/5M/4F, all 4 made it to 5dt, 1 blast/1-8 cell transferred=BFN
IVF #2(12/12)AFC 21, MD lupron, 4R/4M/3F, 5dt of 1 blast and 2-8cell. BFN.
IVF#3(4/13) Natural start antagon protocol, 12R,11F. one PGS normal at day 6 transfer. BFN.
IVF#4 (11/13) C.CRM (ODW.U normal 8/13 Still no Diagnosis) EPP/antagonist. ER 13R/7M/6F. Only 1 made it to freeze. Abnormal. Looking into options of DE, Fresh vs frozen.
10/14 new local RE to look into what's next. CD3 FSH 4.7, AMH 0.9. Met with DE agencies and exploring options for feb/march 2015.
Surprise natural bfp (4 days before donor is signed). Beta #1 at 9dpo: 51.8, 2nd beta: 195 (25 hours doubling) @11dpo. 3rd beta (12/15): 516 (35 hrs doubling) 4th beta(12/17): 895 (58 hours doubling) 5th beta(12/19): 2120. U/S at 5w0d(12/22): one gestational sac with yolk sac. U/S #2 (6w0d)12/29. One little bean measuring 6w0d with HR 124. 3rd u/s(1/4)7w0d: baby measuring 7w2d. HR 134. 3/30: A/S at MFM went great except for low lying placenta. Verifi results are normal! Team Blue! Please send any positive thoughts our way! EDD:8/24/2015

2) Any appointments this week? Thursday for another check up. Hopefully there is some progress.
3) How are you feeling? Crap. I feel like crap. She is head down according to my last sonogram and my ob said everything looks great. On Saturday night I swelled up pretty bad and was having Braxton Hicks 3x an hour. No sleep. I'm just really ready.
I'm 36 weeks 5 days today. I have been having tons of contractions, so I am happy to be almost 37 weeks because I have to reach 37 to give birth at the birth center. Now of course I know I will go past my due date since I have been afraid of going early! Lol. I have an appointment tomorrow afternoon, but I don't think I will have them check me this week since my cervix was checked last week. I am not sleeping well. Especially last night, because I have a sore throat plus my normal aches and pains.
QOTW: I know from having my son that I won't be having drinks or laying on my stomach due to breast feeding. Laying on your stomach when your boobs are hard and full of milk is super uncomfortable! I'm just going to be happy to be able to get up and down and bend over without this huge belly in my way.

January 2010 SA results: Count 16 million, Motility 40%, Morphology 2%
January 2010- Surprise BFP! DS born 10/1/2010
January 2013 TTC #2
September 2013 Repeat SA: Count= 1.7 million, Motility= 24%, Morphology= 2%
November 6th 1st Appointment with RE: diagnosed with severe MFI
Testing to try to determine a cause & possible treatment for MFI
CD 3 blood work for me. RE does not want to repeat my HSG/lap at this point,
but may want to before moving forward with any fertility treatments.
After seeing the uro, DH is currently taking lots of supplements and clomid to try to boost his count. We will have a repeat SA in February to see if it works.
Follow up SA numbers are: Count= 4 million, Motility= 40%, Morphology= 1%
Uro wants us to have another follow up SA 5/9 to see if we see further improvement than we are back to the RE to make a game plan.
SA 5/9/2014 Count: 12 Million, Motility: 60%, and Morphology 2%. We will be doing iui #1 in late June
IUI #1 6/28 clomid + ovidrel, post wash count 3 million total sperm= BFN
IUI # 2 7/21 clomid+ ovidrel. post wash count 900,000 total sperm= BFN
IVF planned for early November- cancelled due to cyst
December IVF #1- 22 eggs, 20 mature,16 fertilized
12/9 Transferred 1 4AA Blast, 6 frosties

3) How are you feeling? Tired so very tired. I spent 4 days in the hospital few weeks ago due to unexplained high fevers. After testing me for everything under the sun they think I just had a virus. I haven't gotten my energy back yet!
QOTW: What is the first thing you are going to do postpartum? Drinks ? Sleep on your stomach I'm going to eat bread! Recently diagnosed with GD and I'm reallying missing bread! It's the one thing my sugar levels haven't tolerated yet.
