had my 34 week ultrasound today.

So, I had my last ultrasound today. They said my son weighs 5.5lbs so he is on the big side. 66th percentile. Not really sure what that means. Can anyone explain the percentile thing?

    If you think of 50% as the absolute middle, or exactly average, the percentile that your baby falls in demonstrates if he or she is bigger or smaller than the average. So, 66% just means that your baby is measuring slightly larger than the average baby. It's a very rough estimate - anything between 10% and 90% is considered normal.
