im 26+5 and im struggling to sleep so much.. Im lucky to get two hours before first waking up, then im wide awake for a couple of hours then it's waking up from an hour-every 2 hours after that.. Anyone else suffering or have any tips?
I have the same issue. I get up and walk to the living room and try to stretch a little but nothing helps. Sorry for no help. I know there is a pinned thread about insomnia tgat may help. Good luck with getting more sleep.
Try to think of it as practice for the baby who will need to eat every 2-3 hours. Really nothing worked for me but it helped me have a better attitude about it. Also nap whenever you can
35 weeks here and it's been at least 2 weeks since I slept through the night. I think my body is getting me ready for the lack of sleep I will get when the little man arrives. The doctor said to try a tylenol pm occasionally to see if that helps. I need to pick some up because it is getting crazy.
