I had my c section on 8/6. I'm home from the hospital but I'm naseous often during the day. My appettite is low and hardly feel like eating. I haven't thrown up yet but feel like it.
Are you taking narcotic pain meds? If you are and aren't eating much they might be to blame.

I had our little one via a csection 8/6 as well. No nausea now that I'm home and a few days have passed. I'm not sure how your not taking any pain meds though as I still need them to help manage the pain. Is pain contributing to you feeling nauseous?
I also haven't had any nausea (didn't actually at all surprisingly though my spinal did wear off halfway through so apparently it just wasn't that effective this time anyway ). I went off all but motrin about 72 hours after the c-section which was on 8/7. I'd give your doctor a call and check. They might be able to give you something to help if it is still normal.
With my first c-section I was nauseous for the first month and it took 3 months to get my appetite back. My other 2 I was very hungry and felt just fine. Sometimes it takes awhile to bounce back.

I never took narcotics either after my spinal(that had morphine in it) wore off. Just liquid version of Motrin through my IV and 600 mg ills after.
I felt a little queasy the first day after but I think its because of not being able to eat.. Once I was on solid foods I was fine. But I did get headaches for about a week which stunk.
motrin/ibuprofen/aleve/naproxen (all are in the same drug family) can cause stomach upset. make sure you eat a little something before you take it. Even if it's just a cracker or two.
After my first csection I had severe nausea that started about 3 days after the surgery. Luckily I was still in the hospital at the time and they finally figured out that my iron had dropped significantly after surgery. I ended up having a blood transfusion and felt better immediately.
