Success after IF

Is the OOP Med program gone?

I had donated some meds last year and was hoping to get some donated to me this year with my new cycle. They program used to always post here, on PAIF and on IF.  I noticed the profile hasn't been active since April 26th.  Do you know if that program is gone now?  If it is, that is really too bad because it was so neat to be able to give extra meds to those who need it, and to be able to get them if you need them.  I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything.

Re: Is the OOP Med program gone?

  • I think it may have been very inactive due to lack of donation? The same coordinator also existed (exists on Facebook). it is easy to find if you do a search on facebook.

I am sorry this program is not so active. I certainly will/would donate if I end up with any left over. I am lucky enough to have insurance for this time around.

Search for OOP Meds on Facebook and add her. Mindy used to run it and has passed it on to someone else, which is probably why it hasn't been active on here!

  • Thanks I tried and haven't gotten accepted yet.  I just ended up ordering my meds, but will still need meds for the FET in November, so maybe I will be able to get a hold of someone by then.  @mrsrichie11 I totally remember you from TTTC!!  Congrats on the twins!! :)  Hope they are doing well!

  • Just to update this, it is up and running again :) I think there was a change over of who was running it. I got an email back but I had already ordered my meds, but I wanted to pass along the knowledge! Same email, same everything.
