2. Any medical updates (appointments, ultrasounds, tests/results, etc.)? My appt last week was awkward and nervewracking. This was my 2nd appt with this looney OB I recently switched to.. The 1st one he spent a lot of time making awkward jokes about me being overweight- this 2nd appt he spent 20 minutes YES 20, telling me I can terminate the pregnancy... I have options, and it is MY RIGHT as a woman to terminate if I see fit. So I am switching to a different Dr in the practice and praying the new one is not a total fucking whack job.
3. How are you feeling lately? Ok, for the most part I am good. Some days I still get totally exhausted, but nothing crazy. Hoping 2nd tri will be uneventful.
4. QOTW: How are you planning to (or how did you) tell your old child(ren) about the new addition to your family? Please share reactions, or how you think they are going to react! I told DD right away, I've always been open with her, even through the losses. That's just the route I chose to go. I take her to most of my appts since H is always working, so she always gets excited to she her baby brother or sister on U/S

Honestly, almost 11 weeks of having a "permanent stomach bug" - I'm going to lose my mind soon. I just really want to stay in my bed, all day long.
Q: we told DD about 9w with a big sister shirt for her birthday. She read it, was shocked, then cried big happy tears. She has been waiting a long time for a sibling.

I hope the other docs in this practice are better.
My perinatologist said "so we are keeping them?" At our first appt and my husband was pissed just at that. I get that some would choose SR with high order multiples, but for us and our beliefs, not an option.
I'm sorry- I'm totally pissed and ranting for you. Hormones.

EDD 1/26/16

1. 16w 3d
2. I had an ultrasound at MFM last week which showed a 6cm SCH pushing on the placenta, and then had my OB appointment this morning. She is keeping me on modified bed rest and the hawk like watch for PTL has started. I am bummed, but just trying to look at everyday with this LO as a miracle and pray that I keep him/her on the inside as long as possible. Next ultrasound is 8/31 and we should find out the gender, so I'm looking forward to that, they will also measure my cervix then so I'm trying to think nice long thoughts.
3. I'm feeling ok, little bit frustrated (see above)
4. We told our DS at 13w and we just read a book about new baby and then asked him what he would think if our family was going to get a new baby and he was like OK! Not sure it has fully sunk in. Not much of a story
@kelley421 that story is so sweet, awesome that your daughter is so excited, I'm sure she will be a great helper 
TTC#1 May 2009- July 2010 on our own with no luck
Started with RE in August 2010, dx with unexplained IF and then finally our 3rd IUI cycle using Follistim and Trigger resulted in our wonderful little man. Born 12/2/11
TTC#2 Never really prevented, but were careful early on as Dr. reccomended
Surprise BFP 12/16/13, started progesterone immediately as first numbers came back low, but betas were good. Progesterone wasnt enough. Natural MC 12/24/13.
Back with RE as of January 2014...

2. Any medical updates? Our 1st ultrasound on Friday went great! One baby boy due March 25, 2016
3. How are you feeling lately? Very tired
4. QOTW: After the first trimester, we plan to tell my son he is going to have a brother. Several of his friends' moms have been pregnant so the kind of gets the baby in the belly thing. He'll be 5 by then, and this is a new brother with my current husband (not my DS's dad).

04/25/14 - Miscarriage at 9 weeks - Turner Syndrome
08/01/14 - Miscarriage at 8 weeks - Trisomy 9
October 2014 - Unsuccessful IUI
November 2014 - IUI month skipped due to cyst
December 2014 - Unsuccessful IUI
January/February 2015 - Failed IVF (standard long protocol) - 7 eggs, 6 mature, 4 fertilized (ICSI), 0 made it to blast, 0 for testing
March/April 2015 - Microflare IVF protocol with HGH - 6 eggs, 6 mature, 5 fertilized (ICSI), 2 blasts for biopsy!
May/June 2015 - Microflare IVF protocol with HGH - 9 eggs, 6 mature, 5 fertilized (ICSI), 3 blasts for biopsy!
06/18/15 - Two healthy embies based on PGS testing by Natera!
June/July 2015 - FET cycle with estradiol & PIO shots, a Neupogen treatment, and accupuncture
07/08/2015 - Transferred one lovely embie

2. Any medical updates (appointments, ultrasounds, tests/results, etc.)? Weekly bloodwork to check E2 and P4 on Wednesday and then first ultrasound on 8/20
3. How are you feeling lately? Dizzy, bloated, a little queasy, very warm.
4. QOTW: How are you planning to (or how did you) tell your old child(ren) about the new addition to your family? Please share reactions, or how you think they are going to react! WOW have not thought about it, we will not say anything until after our first ultrasound since we have had nonviable pregnancies discovered previously at that point.

3. How are you feeling lately? Sick, nauseous, terrified, and fat.
4. QOTW: How are you planning to (or how did you) tell your old child(ren) about the new addition to your family? Please share reactions, or how you think they are going to react! We have always been open with our daughter about everything. So she knew when we got a positive test what it meant. We took her to the first ultrasound, and showed her the blobs on the screen. She is very excited yet very against new babies. It is confusing. "I'm going to be a big sister but I'm NOT going to love them.
