Week/Fruit: 15/ Orange (my college team's mascot!- Go Orangemen!)
Symptoms/Cravings: Some queasiness, headaches on and off, hunger! No particular cravings...
Rants/Raves: Rant goes to work and having 5 scripts due before 3pm! I don't have enough time in the day so I came in early... but somehow I'm doing this instead.
Rave goes to the fact that my baby shower is booked! Yay!
Appointments: I have an early anatomy scan in exactly 1 week (at 16w) and then my regular anatomy scan at 19w2d (9/10)- my cousin was born with a heart defect so they are checking out the heart early just in case- but I'm sure it will be fine.
QOTW- As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
So many things! When I was really little I wanted to be a cashier lol. I still love the sound groceries make when you scan them- so I try to use self check-out when possible to live a little of my dream haha. I wanted to be an author for a long time. I didn't end up writing books but I pretty much write for a living so it's close. There was also a VERY brief time that I wanted to be an accountant -- which is weird for a kid to want to be- but I think that was just because I always did really well in math. Funny, I have trouble adding a few numbers together now but somehow got an A+ and college credit through AP Calc. I guess I'm out of practice

Symptoms/ cravings: Not as exhausted anymore or crabby. Craving lots of sour and sweet food.
Rants/ raves:
Rant- Sleeping is so uncomfortable again.
Rave- I am not feeling as exhausted anymore.
Appointments- No appointments for 2 weeks. My NT scan was great, that was 2 weeks ago.
QOTW- As a child I wanted to grow up to be a vet. But then I realized that it inches more than just dogs and I backed out. I am crazy terrified of birds. Lol.
Symptoms/Cravings: So much hunger!! Cravings for fruit specifically oranges...I can't get enough!
Rants: I keep having dreams that I am not prepared for the baby to come it's stressing me out.
Appointments: I have an appointment 8/27 for an anatomy scan
Cravings: I don't know if I'd say I'm craving it as I always like these things but cold stuff like popsicles/icees/ice cream
Blog!
Symptoms/Cravings: I'm hungry all the time! Can't get comfortable, but I'm not sure if it's the cats and boyfriend or pregnancy, so I'm tired constantly.
Rants: My doctor has refused to do genetic testing even though I'm 38 and adopted.
Appointments: I have an appointment 8/21 but I'm not excited about it.
Symptoms/Cravings: I have been feeling less nauseous finally! I've been having more RLP though. I'm also starting to bump out out a bit more now...baby #3. I haven't really been craving anything. I just need to eat more throughout the day.
Rants/Raves: Rant: I can't sleep well. I am a stomach sleeper and it's just been a nightmare this time around to get comfortable without being on my stomach.
Appointments: I have my next appointment on Aug. 25th, so i guess it's exciting that i only have to wait two more weeks until i can hear the little peanut again. What's really exciting is that the next appointment is the anatomy scan! How are we already that close to half way? I mean it's really 6w away but that's not that long! crazy...
DD1: 9/19/11
DS: 1/1/14
DD2: 1/31/16
Symptoms/Cravings: Still fairly nauseous and bloated. Craving sweet and sour things. Mostly sour.
Rants/Raves: Rant: Pinched nerve in my back has been flaring up and then going away, making trying to sleep really awesome.
Appointments: I just scheduled my anatomy scan for around 20-21 weeks, which I'm REALLY excited for. I gotta know if it's a boy or girl!!! Ahhh! Slightly downer note, I go to see a high risk doctor next week regarding a small hemorrhage and my bicornuate (heart shaped) uterus. Hoping to get the all-clear so I can stay with my midwife, and potentially get some answers about what happened with our firstborn.
Symptoms/cravings: Still no energy or appetite, and I'm still pretty sick. I'm craving sour and savory food.
Rants/raves. I never have anything.
Appointments:Nothing until the last week of the month.
QOTW: I wanted to be a ice skating supreme court judge.
Symptoms/Cravings: Exhaustion, food aversions, RLP, and right this second, migraine. Not craving anything, the thought of food makes me want to vomit.
Rants/Raves: Rant is that right as I logged into my work computer this morning I realized I was getting a migraine when I couldn't read anything on the screen. Rave is my husband came to the rescue by bringing me Tylenol and a couple bottles of Coke. Now for them to actually work...
Appointments:I think I have an appointment next week, but it's not going to be anything exciting...I also need to get to the lab next week to get another blood sample taken to finish out my NT testing. They needed an ultrasound and blood work the first time at 12 weeks and another blood sample between 16-18 weeks.
Baby F.......02/02/2016
Symptoms/Cravings: Generally tired, but this week I actually puked for the first time as a result of MS. No fun. I crave anything sweet, which is the total opposite of before I was pregnant!
Rants/Raves: My rant will be that my in laws are in town for a month, and I have exactly no down time as a result. They flew in from England, and they take a lot of energy. Rave: I have leftover pizza for lunch
Appointments: I have my NT scan scheduled for today at 4! Super nervous, but also excited. I also have a visit to my ob planned for Monday afternoon.
Symptoms/Cravings: Tired! Chicken seems to be replacing cheese as my go-to craving food.
Rants/Raves: Rant is my mother in law being annoying, people telling me what to do, and my Crohn's trying to flare.
Appointments: Not until the end of this month.
Symptoms/Cravings: I'm all about any tangy fruit, mostly from the orange family.
Rants: I took yesterday off to go to a couple of appointments. I'm back at work today and would rather not be. It's too busy and I'm just not feeling it.
Symptoms/Cravings: Headaches, though I seem to have somewhat gotten rid of my 3-4 day headache for now. No cravings, but prefer salty stuff (crackers, cheese), sour stuff (tart froyo), or fresh fruit (plums, peaches).
Rants: I had to reschedule my 12 week appt 1 week forward because of my husband's work meeting. I don't want to wait!!!
Appointments: 12 wk/cell-free fetal DNA test on 8/17
Symptoms/Cravings: I've started getting headaches and I'm definitely still exhausted. My cravings are cider donuts and apple cider and I can't find them anywhere yet!
Rants: I've been having a lot of back pain making it really hard to sleep.
Rave: I've been noticing leaves changing colors already and I'm so excited it's ridiculous! Fall is my absolute favorite!
Appointments: September 1st for our 16 week checkup
QOTW: I always wanted to be a teacher when I grew up! I was on my way to making that dream a reality but life happened and I never finished. Maybe I'll go back to school someday and get my degree?
Symptoms/Cravings: occasional fatigue but overall feeling better, increased appetite
Rants/Raves: Rave - I'm finally feeling better and able to exercising every other day.
Appointments: No appointments scheduled because of our move - I'm calling a couple of OBGYNs tomorrow and hoping to get something scheduled for the first week of September
Symptoms: nausea, headaches, dizziness (though I found out today I have low blood sugar so that's why I get dizzy).
Cravings: Fried Rice with no meat in it, just rice and eggs (Mmmmm)
Rant: I feel like I can never sleep enough
Rave: I got to play softball last night, even though I had to play with the kids instead of the adults because no one wanted me to get hurt I still loved it!
Appointments: 8/18 but its nothing super exciting
QOTW: I wanted to be a lawyer and then a vet, not living the dream, but I have worked in the veterinary field now for 17 years so I'm ok with it.
Symptoms: Hunger, fatigue, starting to show.. but unless someone knew what's up I just look chunky.
Cravings: baked goods like cookies, bownies, donuts, scones, etc.
Rant: starting to realize that since announcing pregnancy to some of our friends, we have been pretty much written off. Especially DH... God forbid his wife is pregnant. He is feeling betrayed that some friendships were apparently dependent on him not having a family. Jerks.
Raves: Second triiiiiiii!! Whoop whoop!
Appointments: not until next month but I had a draw for the Panorama test today and get results next week!
QOTW: I have always been a book worm and wanted to be a fantasy or scifi writer. When I got to college I decided to get my degree in outdoor recreation and spent a couple of years whitewater raft guiding and backpack guiding through Washington, Idaho, Montana and Colorado. Turns out it's not a sustainable lifestyle physically or financially and I work in an office now, I'm 27 and still don't know what I want to be when I grow up.
