14 weeks + 1 day increased nausea , headaches and fatigue!!!

Hello my first trimester went ok , yes I had nausea and fatigue but for the past week I feel nauseous and tired ALL the time. I also seem to get headaches in the evening like clockwork. In fact the past couple of days I've actually vomited a few times a day. I thought these symptoms were supposed to get better lol ! Also having lots of growing pains , particularly around my belly button. Was wondering if there is any concern for any of these symptoms?

    Always call your OB if you are concerned. Sometimes changes in blood pressure can cause headaches, I wouldn't be too worried about the nausea or the tiredness though, those kind of come with pregnancy in general and will get better and worse throughout the pregnancy. Hope you feel better soon!

    Thank u DizzyMom1 . I am high risk due to 2 previous miscarriages and age. This is my 3rd pregnancy so I monitor my blood pressure once a day doctors orders. For the most part bp has been normal. Thank u for reassuring me that these symptoms just go along w pregnancy. This is my first time reaching 2nd trimester so everything is new to me. :)
