Hi :) and are strong preg symptoms early a good sign??

Hi April Mommies :). I probably have the latest April due date of the bunch because just got my BFP yesterday-- super early. It was four days before AF was supposed to start. I even got a blood test to confirm I was so excited! My hubby thought I was nuts but I just knew I was preggers even a week ago-- super sore boobs, very tired, etc. This is really exciting because we have also been trying for a year and I have PCOS. I did get pregnant earlier in year but had a MC 7 weeks in. That time, I definitely didn't have symptoms like this nor did I find out so early. Hoping that this may be a good sign for this pregnancy. Any thoughts from you wise mamas greatly appreciated! ;). PS- My husband is convinced it's twins and that's why I felt symptoms so early.

    Congratulations! So sorry for your loss... hoping this is it for you! Although you can't really judge your pregnancy based solely on symptoms, increased symptoms probably means more hormones, which very early on could be construed as a good sign. Good luck!
