left arm falling asleep

the past hour my left arm keeps getting tingley like it's gonna fall asleep, it kept waking me for my nap, it's driving me nuts. I wasn't laying on it or anything!
anyone else have this or know what it is from

It might be carpal tunnel, that's one of the key symptoms

It's carpal tunnel. So fun, I normally get this with each pregnancy, especially in the later months. I find it especially bad at night, it will wake you up (like you need more stuff to move for).
