34weeks pregnant

in 3rd Trimester
Exactly 34weeks today and on Monday I lost blood fresh red blood bit on underwear. But didn't think much of it. But the few days I've been get periods pains some feel worse with back ache. Today I feel burning sensation down below but not much pain. Just feeling tired and warn out. Should I be worried?? Please all comments useful..

    Please contact your doctor. No one here can give you a diagnosis. With that said, it could be nothing, it could be very serious. The only way to know is by seeing your doctor. Good luck.

    Why would you post this on an Internet forum for a bunch of strangers, instead of calling your trained physician?

    Yeah, you really need to call.
    It could be serious or as simple as a UTI.
