Antibacterial dish soap safe?

So I've just been using regular Palmolive dishsoap to clean my breast pump parts and bottles. I just make sure to rinse them off well. My MIL was visiting a few weeks ago and bought the orange Palmolive antibacterial dish soap. I didn't think anything of it all this time until I read something recently that you shouldn't use antibacterial dish soap on baby bottles? Has anyone else heard of this? What soap does everyone else use? Should I be using a more natural soap?

I use dapple soap - it's made for baby stuff,seems nice.

If it has Triscolcan in it I would toss it. I use Seventh Generation dish soap.
