Aveeno Baby has light fragrance in it, so if it doesn't help your LO or seems to make it more irritated, you might want to try Cetaphil Restoraform for eczema. It's pricey, but my dr had us try everything for LO's eczema, and the only thing working is Cetaphil. It's paraben free, fragrance free, all that good stuff. They make body wash, as well, that we use. Makes a huge difference.
Dr said to apply aquafor all over body until "greasy" directly after bath to keep moisturize in. It's the only thing that works for my babies eczema. Aveeno for eczema and all others breaks my baby out.
I swear by California Baby Calendula cream. My LO had an awful combination of baby acne and eczema on her face for a few weeks (we tried everything!) and calendula cream made it go away overnight.
You'll have to figure out what works for your LO. I'm struggling with the same (baby acne plus eczema) and have tried everything in these posts (including coconut oil
I've heard breastmilk is supposed to help clear skin up. I haven't had to try it yet but it may be worth a shot. As pp mentioned calendula lotion is wonderful. DD has cradle cap along her hairline and it works great to get rid of it.
