Ingrown eyebrow Hair

sounds crazy I know, but my little guy had a white course eyebrow hair since he was born, it fell out and I didn't think anything of it. The I noticed a tiny bump a week ago and nothing happened. Now within the last few days it's gotten red and raised. No fever, and doesn't seem to bother him? I've been doing warm wash cloth to help bring it out. Anyone else have this or any advice. Going to call ped in the am.
