My daughter apparently enjoys being in my ribcage which is uncomfortable & painful. What can i do to get her to move? Ive drank cold water, rubbed my tummy, talked to her, laid on the opposite side & she wont budge until she wants to
She probably won't budge in response to anything you've done, I'm sorry to say! My DD was lodged up in my ribcage for most of the last month and a half of pregnancy, and she pushed ribs out of place with her little booty. Some people I've spoken to have found it helpful to go to a chiropractor, but that's not my game, so I can't speak from personal experience. I hope she shifts a bit for you!
My first son loved my rib cage ! I swear I woke up every morning at 3 am and fought with his foot in my ribs. This baby also likes my ribs ... Nothing works, but when I eat or drink something cold he kicks them a lot harder !!
Not sure which is worse... Baby in the ribs or baby laying on the bladder?? Both suck. She's been in both spots, but lately she's been hanging out down low. I have to pee every 5 minutes, but at least I can breathe!
Awww I know the feeling. When I feel a hard portion of my son near my ribs I press gently and rub onto that part of his body and thankfully he moves into another position
I just recently started having this problem. The only thing I've found that makes things a little bit better is to try to make sure I always sit up straight. I usually only notice it when I'm slouching or leaning. It's not really good advice.. But I'll let you know when I find anything else that's effective.
I've heard putting ice on the spot where they are will make them pull away because it's cold. Might be hard with the ribs though. My baby girl is loving my ribs too. I haven't tried the ice yet though. I may soon! Ha ha
