How do you know if you're baby had dropped? My midwife just told me I will know when she has dropped

Because I feel like his heAd is about to come out that's how low he is. Tons of pressure down there as well.

I feel more pressure down at my pelvis. I assume this is the baby dropping.

This may be TMI, but since baby dropped, the only comfy sex position is doggy style. It definitely feels different now. May be just me though.
