Invisible Illness Check-in

Hey ladies, I have been having a particularly bad time the last few days and I've just been wondering how everyone else is doing. I thought we could do a check-in.

    The Good: I've been able to keep pretty positive. My little inside baby is over 11 weeks and I get to see him or her next week! I'm SO EXCITED!!!!

    The Bad: I am in so much pain. I have Bile Reflux Disease, which is not the same as acid reflux (though I have that too), it does feel similar though except it is about 10x worse with pain and gives me ulcers. I can't sleep more than a few hours because the pain is so bad when I lay down, even with my bed on an incline. I am a mess because of this. I just need my next wind to come. I need the air to get back into my sails.

    Something Positive: I love to laugh, this made me laugh today. I live in Texas, lol

    Haha, nice map @dizzymom1 ! I live in CT, so evidently we need to discuss antimatter more freely in my state, haha.

    The Good: Just had a bunch of blood work done yesterday, and I'll feel a lot better once my results come in. I have Crohn's, and we're checking my vitamin and iron levels to make sure I don't need infusions.

    The Bad: My uncle passed away Tuesday night at age 48 from pancreatic cancer. My mom is taking it really hard </3

    S/P L salpingo-oophorectomy w/ septic torsion 1999, dx moderate to severe Crohn's dz 2004. DH S/P hypospadic sx w/ multiple subsequent scar tissue removals, S/P herniorrhaphy.
