Itchy stitches

I had a 2nd degree tear and my stitches are itching pretty bad I use tucks pads and spray the hospital gave me and it's not helping

I waddled through target yesterday with itchy stitches. I used coconut oil. It's definitely relieved the itchiness. I also wipe with cottonell wipes so I think that combo really helps.

Try dermaplast spray. Blue can only. It in the 1st aid section. It's a numbing spray.

Mine are itchy too

Ask your midwife to take them out. Mine were driving me crazy. She said past 2 weeks the wound is healed and the itching is just them dissolving. She cut out a bunch of the bigger knots and I felt great after!
