Swollen lymph nodes

I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and has some advice to help!
I'm 21+1 weeks Pregnant and this past week I have had swollen lymph nodes in my armpits. It started as a small lump in my right armpit - I saw my doctor who had given me some antibiotics and said it would calm within a day or two -and sure enough it went down. I then woke up 4 days ago with 2 swollen lumps under my left armpit and this morning with yet another and they are extremely uncomfortable and a little painful and seem to be getting bigger - I am continuing my antibiotics and avoiding fragranced soap but it doesn't seem to be helping this time
- I'm miserable and feel very concious of my 'lumpy' armpits! Any advice how to calm the swelling and similar experiences would be much appreciated! Xx
