Formula feeding + baby language= SUCCESS!!

I swear, Leo is a completely different baby.
Two days into formula feeding and he is sleeping better, has alert periods where we can actually play and read to him without him screaming in pain, and is generally happier. He slept great last night, no colicky episodes for 2 nights. And I watched the Dunstan Baby Language stuff on YouTube and so far it has totally worked - I can identify his hunger cry, burp cry, and gas cry - totally makes you feel less lost.
And I ventured out by myself with him today to have lunch with another new mom and we did great. I am finally feeling like I might be okay at this mothering thing!!

Suzie, I am so happy to hear that you've had a couple of really good days! And I am so proud of you for going out with Leo alone-- I am sooooo not there yet (beyond the doctor's office and CVS, which was scary enough!)
