Sneezing

well. I have the day off. Lounging around all day.. AND I just sneezed, and slightly peed myself. My mom says happened with all of her kids.. Lol

    I'm peeing a little with sneezing now too...I haven't told anyone yet but I'm still embarrassed by it lol

    Ha ha I actually said the other day I need to bring a change of clothes to work. The second I get there I sneeze all day and have slightly peed myself several times.

    Yes I'm in the same boat.  I have definitely had to change a couple times because of this.  I am very close with my female coworkers and they all said this is very normal.  Eeek!

    Snissing happens! It'll happen waaaay more frequently the further along we get too.

    You have to learn to brace for a sneeze to keep from snissing yourself. But poise or just regular pads are great too.

    I have to stop walking if I'm going to sneeze, blow my nose, or cough. Most of the time, I also have to cross my legs. This can happen right after I've been to the bathroom, so it doesn't matter if I "need" to pee or not. DH does not understand this even though it's been going on since I was pregnant with DD and she's almost 2.

    This happened to me the other day at work. I literally had just left the bathroom and sat back down at my desk. Thought I was in the clear and could just sneak out a little early, with my wet self, when the front desk called to say a client had dropped in. Awesome. My husband laughed for like five minutes when I told him, no sympathy at all!!!!

    Kegels, ladies!
    They really do work.
    I set these alarms on my phone to remind me to do them. I label them "Vitamins" so if someone happens to see it they're not all up in my business, but whatever works to remind you, do it!!
