My pregnancy was a surprise. I had only been dating my bf for two months. But we already loved each other and had decided to move in together and talked kids and marriage before we got pregnant.
When the surprise happened he was calm and collected and all in, which made me feel more secure.
But then I had to go away for 6 weeks and the distance hurt us a bit... It's hard because we are still just getting to know each other, but we have this big important thing that ties us together, so part of me feels like it HAS to work...
Cut to today, I've been back for two weeks, and I am sickeningly in love. The corniness I am exhibiting is totally new to me, and these feelings are ridiculously intense. I wonder is this hormones?? Do any of you feel more in love, or has your feelings deepened due to pregnancy?
I'm usually pretty level headed so this is new and even my family and friends are laughing at me...
Re: Is this a symptom or am I just naturally this corny❤️
Now I am that sappy person that cries at commercials, sad stories and everything. It started when I got pregnant and it never went away. It's crazy!

After my LO was born, I definitely had stronger feelings/love seeing him in daddy role. Some of those "strong feelings" were wanting to kill him in the middle of the night, though, for snoring while I was up with a screaming baby for the umpteenth time.
So yeah, long term relationships and parenthood, they're great
