Swelling... down there?

I'm about 31.5 weeks, and for the last couple of weeks, I've been experiencing swelling of my hands and feet... but now i have the added bonus of swelling in other areas! I went to the OB to get it checked out, and it stared with the "pubis monds" but now is spreading south

I just am feeling so gross, and swollen and unsexy and i want my body back. :-( Is anyone else feeling this way?

I'll expand haha - the term is engorged. Lots of blood flow to the region is the cause. Completely normal from extra weight and blood volume. Not fun.
