  I'd go get your blood pressure checked, just in case. Some pharmacies and ymcas/gyms have those things where you can check it yourself.

  Yep. I got them a lot last time and had one yesterday (BP was always fine). The heat and dryness of summer don't help anything.

  I never get nosebleeds and so far I've had 3. 2 of them have been in the middle of the night and one was first thing in the morning. When I looked online at Dr. Google it said that pregnant women can be more prone to them.

  I had them a lot with my second pregnancy, I was told they were pretty common, they went away by my 3rd trimester.

  I've had 2 so far and have read they can be common in pregnancy due to increased blood flow. They're gushers and they suck!!

  yes I have had a few here! My gums also bleed every time I brush my teeth, and they never do if I'm not pregnant. Pretty sure it's a normal pregnancy symptom. If you google it you will find tons of info.

  Baby #3 due February. Dx with Spina Bifida Myelo  "good things are coming down the road, just don't stop walking"

  Yup, I had them all the time with my second pregnancy.  I didn't so much with my first, so we'll see how this one goes.  I'm guessing i'll start having them once it starts getting colder.

  Oh my gosh I got one last night!! I just thought it was maybe because it's been so dry here. Just saw my OB on Monday and my blood pressure and everything seemed fine.

  Not me - but bloody gums while brushing are definitely a thing!! All that extra blood! I have woken up to crime-scene-like images while sick before though.. So something to stay tuned for I guess! Good luck and keep the air moist In bedroom
