Purification essential oil

i accidentally took purification oil internally with lemon and a spoonful of honey. When I realized and started researching it says not too now I'm a nervous wreck especially since I am 23 weeks pregnant. Anybody know what I should do or if it will be ok? I only took one drop?

You should definitely call your doctor in the morning, but I'm betting you'll be fine.

1 drop of EO is 70 times the potency of the herb/s. Without proper supervision from a licensed aromatherapist (and not your friendly YL/doTerra rep), EOs should never, EVER be taken internally.

Ok thanks, i found the recipe on Pinterest to take peppermint and lemon with honey for sore throat, and accidentally grabbed the purification. I think I'm done taking them internally too much worrying tonight.

You definitely need to do your research. EOs were never intended for internal use and can cause a whole host of problems.

I recommend taking a look around her site. She is a certified licensed master aromatherapist who receives no money from any MLM (YL/doTerra) company. She's got a great article on EOs and safety regarding children and pregnancy.
