Bumps while rubbing tummy

Hi all! I haven't been posting much, not a lot has changed with me. Mostly lurking & commenting: but I do have a question. I'm 17 weeks and well, I was rubbing my tummy tonight while laying in bed and I noticed I have little lumps or bumps inside my abdominal cavity that I can feel while lightly rubbing. They sort of feel like little tumors. Could fat deposits do this? I had weight loss surgery and I lost 115 pounds. I'm down 20 pounds since conceiving. I don't see my OB until 8/25 but I was just wondering if any one has experienced this or has heard about what it would be.

    Yes I have plenty of extra fat to go around! Lol thanks! I'm going to bring it up to him next visit but my husband is making me paranoid

    yeah update on what the dr says if you don't mind! I don't have another appointment for like 3 weeks almost
