Just curious if any November babies are head down yet? I'm 27 weeks And my little guy is still laying lengthwise across my belly. My dr said she's not concerned until about 36 weeks if he will be in the right position for a vaginal birth.
I'm 24 weeks and baby is in the head down position! She's been kicking so much.
...and this is my 3rd pregnancy to top it off! I seriously don't remember my other two babies not being head down by this time! Ugh! He's already giving me a run for my money, huh?!?! Lol
Idk how you guys can tell. I get kicks high, low, side to side, front, back...
On my third and I am not sure. The dr can feel around and tell by moving and pushing on stomach. Mine was pushing on my side and I think it was his butt but not positive. Just ask the dr and they will be able to let you know even without ultrasound.

Yeah, I feel movements all over, and at this point I can't even differentiate what parts are prodding me. Could be a foot, an elbow, a head, who knows?
Mine was breech at my 22wk appointment and out of 4 that was the first that hasn't been head down. I was a little worried but he is deffinetly head down now. The biggest way for me to tell is he gets the dang hiccups and they are down low.
We had an ultra scan last Monday at 27 weeks and she was head down. I think it's too early for them to stay that way though so I'm sure she'll flip and flop a bunch until its go time anyways.
Mine was breech at my last appointment, and I'm pretty sure baby hasn't really moved from that position at all. All of the kicks have pretty much been in the same area for the past couple of weeks.
Don't worry about it yet! My second was breech until the day I went into labor at 36 weeks (we had an ultrasound that morning and had scheduled a version...then by that night he flipped!). Baby still has lots of room and time to move!

I'm pretty sure my little booger is doing cartwheels in there most days. The nurse at my OB appointment yesterday morning spent about 5 minutes chasing him with the doppler before she could get his heartbeat.
Just asked my OB about this yesterday. She said there's plenty of room for them to flip around still, so baby's position isn't indicative of how they'll be born until about 35–36 weeks.

Lol. Same here. The doctor was able to catch Sprout's hb for a few seconds and then she'd run away. After about 10 minutes of chasing her around my belly the doctor gave up and said it's pretty obvious she's got a decent heart rate and is moving well. She also mentioned my little girl is going to be both a handful and a hide and seek champion when she's on the outside. lol.
If there's something strange underneath the hood. Who you gonna call? Your Doctor. If there's something weird and it don't look good. Who you gonna call? Your Doctor. Immediately. If it's new, painful, and possibly pregnancy related get your ass off the internet and call your doctor. It's for your health and your child's.
Mine was all over the places my last U.S. He was back up in the beginning and 30 mins did a 180 onto the other side and then another 180. So side to side and then flipped. At the end he moved again and was head down but obviously he has enough room still to do cartwheels so the tech said he probably wouldn't stay that way too long but it's nothing to worry about right now.
Every ultrasound I've had since the 20 week mark (I've had a couple cause baby wouldn't co-operate and let them get all their measurements), he's been head down for. With that said, I don't think it really means too much right now cause there's still plenty if time and room for baby to move around.
She WAS vertical with her feet down for the longest time-- every kick was super low. Lightning crotch! But last night she was moving a ton, and then kicking my belly-button area. So idk if she flipped, or was punching me instead...
Pretty sure she's still sideways. I get kicks mostly on my left side, and every ultrasound I've had so far they comment on what a weird little position she's got herself in! My pelvic bones feel like they're being pushed apart with a vice, I have a feeling its due to her position and I really wish she'd figure out how to flip!
Yeah my guess is it's too early to start worrying. At my anatomy scan, she started head down but by the end of the scan she had spun almost all the way around. They move a ton right now as they are still teeny tiny little nuggets!

Trust your doctor!!! If she's said that, believe it.
My first born went breech at 36 weeks and stayed there... so any previous check ups when he was head down became irrelevant. Head down now doesn't mean they'll be head down later and vice versa. My daughter was breech at 32 but flipped at 36.
I'm on baby 3 and it's all over the place right now, head up, head down, transverse. My 20 week scan it was breech but I had another 2 weeks later and it was head down. Today it's head down but yesterday it was breech. Basically, I don't care what it's up to, as long as it picks head down by labour. I wouldn't even pay it a second thought until you hit 34 weeks, then you can try all the suggestions to help it spin. I'm just seeing it as a good thing that I can feel all this movement and that the baby must be having a raving time in there!
At my 23w AS (second one) baby was head down. Who knows where it is now. I can feel it moving everywhere, but mainly feeling it around the belly button area.
They can flip all the way until almost birth. My nephew was breach until a few days before he was delivered! He did need a tad bit of intervention, actually a good massage is what ended up helping him go head down, he came out face up but that's much better then a bum or foot
My little guy has been breech for every ultrasound except the first one... That's just because he had a swimming pool the first appointment!! But since he's been bigger he has been breech... Hoping he flips!!! If not as long as he comes out safely I'll be ok!!!
