  • Aww thank good everyone telling me it's all in my head as I shouldn't feel any symptoms yet but I no this pain isn't in my head lol thank u for help in x
  • I had hooooorrible RLS with my first pregnancy. It lasted the whole time! I would suggest some deep blue cream (similar to icy hot, but without the chemicals)

  • This and charley horses are common pregnancy symptom. Try to increase water intake and make sure your getting your vitamins
  • I am having it too. First pregnancy I only had it at the end. I was told too it was too early for symptoms. I noticed a good walk at night and lots of water has helped a lot!
  • Yes I have it every time. It's annoying. I hear tonic water is great for RLS. If you like the taste try that. I love it!!

  • Yes!! I'm 9 weeks and RLS has just crept up on me this last week and its keeping me awake at night and driving me crazy. I have no idea how to get some relief
  • It's terrible! Before getting pregnant, I would get it sometimes but it was managable. Now it keeps me awake! I can't stand it! I'll definitely try the deep blue cream. I try to get lots of water during the day but at night if I drink too much before I go to bed I have to get up and pee 3-4 times before I fall asleep!

  • It's been killing me too! I've used some icy hot this past week when it got really bad and it seems to help. I also read until I pass out with my book open. Keeps my brian focused on something else, other than the creepy crawly feeling in my legs.
  • I've had rls most of my adult life, when not pregnant I used tiger balm, now I'm too worried to use it! A warm bath gets rid of my rls real fast now!!
  • I've found that going swimming in my pool before going to bed helps SOOOO much. If you don't have a pool, then do some excersizes with your back on the floor and your legs up in the air. This sounds weird, but a few kicks and stretches before bed also works wonders for me. If I'm too lazy and don't do this, I go CRAZY. I need to be moving 24/7. Hahaha.
  • I have to sleep with a pillow inbetween my legs to feel confortable. I might have to suck it up and invest in a body pillow for my legs.
  • Although RLS is a common pregnancy symptom, make sure you are getting your vitamins. When my iron gets low I get RLS.
