There was a thread quite a while back, where one of you also commented on this, and how frustrating it was... I don't remember who it was.
I'm wondering if anyone else is still struggling with this? And if so, what are your good ideas on fixing it?
I'm doing kegels, using kegel weights, doing planks and squats, having sex often (even though it's scary and discouraging with this going on. dh is being VERY sweet about it!) and taking my vitamins.
Anything more I can be doing???
