United or St Joe's

Just found out my doctor is leaving her practice- I would have delivered with her at United. Should I stick with a doctor that delivers at United or switch to a midwife group that delivers at St Joe's? I want to have a natural birth and lots of good bonding time with baby right after birth, but also the security of a good hospital in case something goes wrong ...
