I was just thinking of posting something on this! I've been doing Pure barre for over a year now. My instructors sent me a pdf with very helpful info on modifications, I'll try to attach it here. I'm 16w5d: so far I put the ball behind my lower back for ab work on the floor and stay holding on behind my thighs more often than I used to for more support.
