Questions about the Infantino Flip Advanced carrier

Has anyone used or know someone who has used this carrier? It's gotten some pretty good reviews online on a few websites and the manufacturers website, but I've posted this question in other places off the Bump with no responses. Our budget is super tight and I can't justify spending $100+ on a carrier if this is just as decent of a substitute. TIA!

    I've never used it. I almost always read Amazon reviews before buying anything - I would check out the reviews there.
