Prenatal vitamins

We got a BFP this afternoon!!!! I wasn't taking prenatal vitamins up until this point (4 weeks tomorrow). I read spinal/neural tubing and brainy formation were already beginning. I also read prenatals do a great deal of minimizing spinal and other birth defects. Should I be worried. I appreciate all positive and helpful feedback.:) Congrats April mommy's!!!

    A lot of people don't start taking prenatal a until they get their BFP. I would say don't worry, and take them regularly now! :)
