How to stop breastfeeding/pumping

Hi moms!
I was just wondering how do you stop breastfeeding or pumping? How do you let your body know you want to stop? I don't plan on stopping until our LO is 6 months, but I've been curious on how. I produce so much I haven't lost much of my supply! We actually had to buy a deep freezer for all the milk! I'm just worried for when I do decide to stop!:) thank you

    I'm curious how to cut back - I've been nursing and pumping my entire maternity leave. But I'd love to be able to cut back on pumping sessions and not get engorged!

    You just have to transition slowly. Cut back on time if you are pumping. Then cut out pumping sessions every few days. Use cabbage leaves in your bra for pain relief.
