Please Read Regarding Baby Isaac's Playground... :)

Hi girls.

Many of you have seen me posting regarding donations for Baby Isaac (and Coolteacher). For those that do not know their story, you can read everything on Stacy's blog:

We collected donations for Stacy and Isaac back in October and I realized earlier this week that I never remember seeing a Thank You post from Stacy. So, I decided to email her to find out if she received the Star that we were planning on purchasing for him along with a cash donation towards the playground they will be building at their church in his honor. Stacy emailed me back and said that she never received either. Long story short, the check never made it to Stacy and the star was never purchased. I did get to the bottom of it this morning and the girl who was in charge of the donations. She said that that check was never cashed and will be sending out a new check (for $570) to Stacy tomorrow. I also went ahead and purchased Isaac's Birthday Star that will be sent to Stacy and Spencer by next Tuesday (thank you to the girls who are helping me with this expense...you know who you are).

Anyway, I wanted to let everyone know that donations are still needed! So far they have raised about $10,500 of the $12-$15,000 that it will take to build his playground. If you are able and want to donate to this special cause, checks can be sent to:

There are also other cool ways of donating without sending cash...many vendors have offered to send a portion of their profits to the church as well. The most current offer is from a company called Thirty One (https://www.mythirtyone.com/simplify). They have really cool purses, diaper bags, etc. and will be donating 25% of their sales in January to the church! This information is available on Stacy's blog as well.

I just wanted to pass along all this information to anyone who is interested in helping more.
