Welp, failed my 3 hour today; I have very little concern as my numbers were only 5-6 off each hour and generally I'm a very healthy individual (i'm big into running and crossfit, though this far in I have slowed down a bit).That being said, I'm planning on living it up before having my apt with the nutritionist and getting the new regime and want to have a little fun. I'm thinking of pulling an impromptu dessert party within the next few day, (maybe next month I might be cheeky enough to follow it up with a protein or veggie party :-D )
So ladies, what did you do for your last ' excessive sugar in awhile' hurrah? When in doubt if you passed and are in the clear how WOULD you have your sugar send off?
Cupcakes...Candy...Icecream. Ho yeah.

I guess I'm pretty addicted to fancy coffees so I'd probably have like 5 the day before I had to start the diet.
