16 wks 3 days, experiencing painful pushing down pain. Please help!! Xx

Hello everyone I'm new on here and I'm 16 wks 3 days with my second bubba. I so scared right now as I've been getting pains all day, like a pushing down pain on my pelvic area I had some spotting yday don't really know what to do. I called 111 they said get a hotel water bottle..

    Are you saying you're feeling pressure on the inside? Have you recently had sex? Been overly active?

    Call your doctor or midwife or if it gets to bad go to the hospital.

    Yeah it was a pushing down pain on what felt like my pelvic area.. It has eased off now I hadn't had any sex or been overly active. Xx

    Yes, they apparently happen all through your pregnancy but are usually mild early on so you don't notice them, but some women do.

    If they've stopped then it's probably nothing to worry about. Real contractions wouldn't stop :) Braxton hicks wouldn't cause bleeding though, so if that continues I'd definitely call someone.

    I've been experiencing something similar I think, kind of a cramping pressure lower down and pinching pain near my ovaries. This has gone on the past two days. I feel I should call my doctor in the morning but if anyone knows anything about it in the mean time it would be greatly appreciated..
