Neither are my style, but I picked Marcus, because I feel like it is less common than Cameron. And since Dean isn't really that common, I think they would sound good together.

I hate that Cameron means crooked nose, and to me, meaning is almost everything.

A crooked nose isn't bad, but Marcus is 100x stronger as a name, in my opinion.

Marcus sounds great with Dean! Cameron is just meh and it doesn't flow as well with Dean.
