I did start noticing a lot more pressure yesterday and last night. I think baby moved down more. But I don't think it had anything to do with the moon!
I am sooo glad it wasn't true for me. I really needed to get one more day of work in. (I know, ridiculous) and I really want some time off before baby gets here to finish some things around the house! I will say I felt really freaked out Thursday night. Thank goodness it passed. Baby boy has ten more days to cook and I'm good with that! :-)
Just false labor yesterday and nothing today. The waiting is the hardest part, especially being so close! Hang in there. I'm being induced Thursday if she doesn't come on her own before then. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Everyone swore I would go into labor but I knew better. Now just annoyed with the constant comments "have you had that baby yet " by everyone I see.
I know how you feel! People have been telling me he needs to come out for weeks now. I'm like, "He isn't even late yet!" After my due date on Tuesday, I'm sure I'll hear it even more.
My induction got postponed 4 times due to the full/ blue moon, hospital being packed and short staffed!! It got postponed till next weekend- which is crazy!!
I was really hoping for the full moon to work its magic. DS was born by this point already in my last pregnancy so every day seems unnecessary and an eternity.
I had an appointment Sat morning to go over paperwork and preferences with one of the nurses. She usually does this in one of the rooms because they have plenty of space, but they were all full. I said, "I guess the full moon worked for some people," and she said, "oh, definitely!" I'm kind of glad we will be missing the crowd.
Re: Full moon disappointment
You're almost there. Hang in there!
It would have been just too darn easy!
