Anyone using vaginal cream??

is it safe to use vaginal cream and vaginal ovule for treating the vaginal infection while pregnant?im 20 weeks now,and my doctor prescribed a cream and ovule for my vagina because while she's doing pap smear yesterday,I got bleed...I'm so worried

@macshay I used the ovules and the cream both. It cleared up my yeast infection, but I never had any spotting, I would recommend mentioning it to your Dr.
