For those of you with older kids, have you given a gift from the baby to the older sibling? If so, what did you do?
I'm wanting to get something for my older boy from baby so he feels loved on whenever little brother is born, but I don't know what to do.... any suggestions?

I actually had both kids pick out their "hospital gifts" a few weeks ahead of time so they had something to look forward to when they came to visit. This was good for DS since even though he's great with babies he's not super interested in newborns and was a little bored. DD was fascinated with her little sister and ended up not needing an incentive. That said I feel bad and have buying her a Barbie on my to-do list since we lost the one she picked out.
He also brought cupcakes for her birthday that he picked out with my mom on the way to the hospital. We sang happy birthday to her and ate them (which he loved).
