  I had my DD in my parents pool when she was 9 weeks. She had been in multiple times since and has never had a reaction. The first time I just dipped her in to her knees to see if she would get a rash and she didn'. I also make sure it's above 80 degrees

  Yeah my little guy went in the pool earlier this week. He is 12 weeks. He wasn't too sure about it but did great

  I've heard it's good for them as long as you don't keep them in the water for too long so they don't get cold. My family starts putting babies in the pool as early as 4 weeks so it's easier to teach them to swim.

  My dr said it was fine to take him in the pool! I asked at his 2 month checkup! He loves it!

  Here in AZ, they start lessons at 6-8 weeks
